I believe that even when faced with what may seem to be insurmountable difficulties, we all have the capacity to heal, recover from the traumatic experiences we may have faced, and live life more fully. Taking the first step on a healing journey can be challenging but finding the right therapist that you can trust and feel comfortable with can make all the difference in helping you move forward and feel safe and supported in exploring the issues you want to work with.
I worked in a trauma informed way and collaborate with you to bring about personal growth and change. I have a special interest in relationships (including polyamory and asexual relationship).
I offer a friendly, non-judgmental space where you will be listened to with respect and empathy. My aim is to support you to explore your issues at your own pace. I offer a free 20 mins initial call to explore if working together is a good way forward.
