Welcome. I am a BACP Accredited counsellor with experience working with adults, couples and young people. At times in our lives, events can swamp us and we can struggle to cope. I have experience working with clients with various backgrounds. I can help you with anxiety, stress, self esteem issues, low mood, depression, relationship issues, experiencing chronic illness, along with suicidal ideation. My approach can help you understand yourself better and explore ways to bring about positive change.
My training is integrative which includes; Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Gestalt with some creative therapy approaches. I am also a youth wellbeing and mindfulness coach. I have worked a number of years for a Cancer Charity. I am an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and professional indemnity insurance.
