I have gained professional experience working in various settings within the charity sector, NHS surgery and private organisations. I worked with individuals with a variety of clinical presentation including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, bereavement, suicidal thoughts and abuse.
My previous experience overseas has contributed to increase my awareness of how our culture and social world impact on each of us. My ability to work within a multicultural environment and the challenges met has led me to work with expatriates and individual from multiple ethnic/nationality origins.
