As a Queer UKCP-registered psychotherapist, I work with adults of all identities, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ people and working with Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), sexual health & HIV, and the impact of early relationships and attachment. Together, we can begin to understand not only your current difficulties, but also what may be keeping them in place.
In therapy, we develop a shared understanding of your emotional life and the patterns that have developed through your experiences and relationships. I offer a thoughtful, engaged and collaborative space in which we can explore what is happening now, what may lie beneath it, and how familiar ways of coping or relating may both protect and limit you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have struggled to feel understood or accepted elsewhere. I aim to offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where complexity and difference are welcome, and where we can work at a manageable pace.
