Whether it is something they have never spoken about, or something they don’t want to burden others with because they believe that we all have our own problems to deal with.
And this is where I come in with my caring and down to earth approach, the kind of therapy where you will be seen and heard in a non-judgemental compassionate way. I love my job and l love seeing my clients get better. I know that therapy works because I have witnessed it many times.
I’m an experienced counsellor offering therapy for individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, or relationship difficulties. My specialty is relationships, life changes, attachment, adult children of parents suffering with addictions, sexual trauma.
