Have you ever felt that life is too difficult. Or that you can't cope? I am a person centred counsellor working online / telephone or in person in the Warwick & Leamington areas, offering a safe place for you to explore whatever it is you choose to bring to counselling. I offer counselling to couples, adults and young people from age 18 yrs. The Person Centred approach believes that we all have the ability to make change in our lives. I work with this belief to help you explore your issues, enabling you to grow in self awareness and make changes to enhance your life the way you want to.
I offer a reflective, non directive, non judgemental, empathic approach whereby I look to understand you from your world of experiencing, helping to facilitate therapeutic change within a professional relationship. I have experience working in the prison service and local charities and have over 20 years of youth work experience.
I am a naturally curious, warm and caring personality which aids me in really getting to understanding you and your world. I offer an initial assessment where you can learn more about how I work and decide if we can work together to explore your issues, emotions and feelings facilitating you getting to know and understand yourself more deeply.
