I offer a thoughtful and valuing presence and expertise and experience to help you explore and go beyond low mood, anxiety, trauma, feeling stuck, and life's challenges. With over 20 years experience in psychology, I utilise evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, and Compassion Focused Therapy to help people flourish and create more loving relationships, align with their purpose, and experience greater inner peace, well-being and fulfilment. I also offer an approach that integrates both psychology and spirituality. I provide a supportive space to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you'd like to be.
My passion to alleviate suffering led me to embark on 8 years of training to become a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. I have worked with people who experience mild to severe difficulties and have extensive experience in evidence based therapies including CBT, EMDR, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT informed therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches.
My experience of being a senior clinician in the NHS, working in private hospitals, and forensic settings has enabled me to develop specialist knowledge and skills. I understand it can be difficult to reach out and offer a compassionate approach. Together we can help you experience greater freedom, well-being, and joy in the areas of life that matter to you.
