About

If you've noticed you're not feeling the same joy you used to and your worrying about things you didn't used to but you're not sure anyone can help counselling really is the first step towards feeling so much better. I know my life was changed by my own counselling journey and that is why I do what I do. When we understand where are negative patterns stem from we have the ability to change our whole lives and break the cycle for our own children. There are reasons why you are struggling and together we can figure out why you are so stuck. Life can feel so much better and this really is the first step.
I believe our childhood affect how we cope with adversity and together we can find new healthier way. Trauma doesn’t have to be a huge life-changing event that everyone would understand. It can be unknowingly growing up with a parent who struggled with their own mental health. It can be a loss in the family you thought you were too young to be impacted by..
I believe we can waste our lives trying to avoid difficult situations and distracting ourselves from painful memories we wish we could erase. Sadly, memories can’t be erased and life is full of ups and downs, but counselling can be a way of learning to acknowledge and manage difficult feelings in a healthier way.

Natasha Nyeke's Groups

The Mum Space- Postnatal Support

The aim of the group is to help you start being the mother, partner, and friend you always imagined you would be before exhaustion, resentment, and overwhelm took over. Put Yourself First is about acknowledging your right as a human being to be healthy and happy, and a reminder that you are a role model, and I don't know any Mum who doesn't want that for their children.
