I am a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist based in Harrogate, specialising in anxiety, trauma, and emotional wellbeing for adults, children and young people.

I work collaboratively, offering a space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in more depth, helping you to understand patterns and develop more helpful ways of responding, so you can feel more grounded, clear and able to move forward.
