I am a UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a child and young person specialism. I use the principles, values and theories of several approaches, including TA, the Person-centred, Humanistic, Trauma-informed and Creative approaches in my work. This allows me to offer you a bespoke service and work with you to meet your individual needs and goals.
