I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, not only to reduce anxiety or low mood, but to make sense of who they are, their relationships, and how they want to live.
Often, this includes people who are already quite reflective, but find that thinking alone hasn’t led to the clarity or change they’re looking for. There may be a sense of feeling stuck, unsettled, or unsure of direction, even when things appear to be functioning on the surface.
I have experience working with gender, sexuality and identity (including LGBTQ+), as well as neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism, including late diagnosis or questioning. I also support people navigating relationship diversity, including polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, and those who feel high-functioning but internally anxious, low or overwhelmed.
I offer a reflective, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in more depth.
