I am a Counsellor dedicated to supporting young people to thrive, whatever their life experiences. I am passionate about helping families flourish, strengthening attachment, and walking alongside individuals as they explore and embrace their authentic selves—emotionally, physically, psychologically, and sexually.
As a Barnardo’s Link Therapist, I am registered with Ofsted to work with young people affected by adoption. I am trained to support everyone within the Adoption Triangle—birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoptees—and I also work with those involved in fostering and special guardianship arrangements.
In my role as a Secondary School Counsellor, I have extensive experience supporting young people facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, school refusal, friendship concerns, trauma, bereavement, loss, and family or relationship difficulties. I also have experience working with boarding students.
