Hello I am Natalie, I am here to say well done for taking the first step and asking for help. It can be a daunting process, so I am here to be your professional friend and support you through the process.
I am specialised in helping those struggling with mental health in the workplace and have supported individuals with disciplinary hearings, tribunals, workplace stress and workplace bullying. I also support those suffering in the workplace from chronic illness and the impact this has.
I have also worked for many years supporting individuals with bereavement and manage a charity providing bereavement counselling.
I provide a holistic approach using person centred therapy, mindfulness, and CBT. This combined approach helps to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression. We use different mindful techniques to help give you a calming coping mechanism for the issues you are dealing with.
In our first session, we will discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to achieve and any goals you would like to work towards. I will tell you a bit more about how I practice and go through the therapy contract together. It is important that you feel comfortable and feel that you can trust me, we will talk through any nerves you have.
