I have volunteered with the charity MIND as a befriender and I have worked as a trainee therapist for Therapy Partners, where I worked for 18 months. I have worked with a wide range of adults and gained experience in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, health issues, ADHD, and abandonment.
As a trainee therapist I provide several low-cost spaces within my practice. I hold a UKCP and BACP approved Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from (BCPC).
