I’m a Relationship Therapist with a specialism in working with parents (couples, co-parents and single parents) to improve communication, manage conflict and parenting challenges; rebuild intimacy and trust, and approach parenthood as a team. Couples might be struggling with roles & responsibilities, sex & intimacy, conflict & tension, “roommate syndrome”, infidelity & betrayal, or issues stemming from their own childhood. While co-parents might focus on communication, boundaries and managing blended families. Single parents may want to work on recovering from separation, unhealthy relationship patterns, or starting to date again.
Together we’ll work to understand your unconscious relational patterns, where they evolved from, and how to transform your relationships. I’ll listen with patience and warmth, while also being active asking questions to dig deeper and challenging ideas when useful. We’ll focus on respect, recognition, compassion, connection & growth.
Whilst my specialist area is parents, I happily work with all relationships. We’ll create space for the conversations you’re scared to have, and the thoughts and feelings you’re ashamed to admit. We might explore family, culture, life scripts, meaning and experiences, to bring about compassion, acceptance and the change that matters to you most.
