About
You are a woman in transition. Personally, professionally. Maybe everything is up for recalibration and it feels intense. The ground feels like it's shifting, there is a rebirth in progress and you want someone to help midwife you through it. You want someone unbiased to listen, support and find some fresh perspectives, or stop the exhausting loops that suck the life and joy out of you. But also not minimising your experience, telling you to be grateful, or trying to "fix you" (aka well-meaning friends/family). I have 20 + years in supporting people with their mental, emotional, spiritual & physical health in private & public.
We will move back into the natural wisdom, aliveness & alignment waiting within, honouring all parts of you - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual - to allow insights, relief, and shifts in your life. I use my extensive background in studies of the mind, emotions, meditation, coaching, kundalini yoga, and transitions & making changes to help.
If you don't want things to go on as they are, then please call with no obligation and see if we click. I'm happy to meet online, or in nature near me (SE London, in warmer weather), where we get the added power of that.
