I specialise in Women's Issues including hormones, and neurodiversity (I have AuDHD). I work using techniques from different therapy methods from person centred, somatic and behavioural to CBT and SFBT and IFS. My focus is on the person in front of me and where they are at that moment. Any client arrives with an idea of what they want to look at, but the journey that follows is unique and generally directed by the client's needs. The difference can be evident so quickly once we move together towards a clearer understanding of how to move forward from the place the client began - its fulfilling and rewarding for all involved
I offer and confidential, safe, non-judgemental space for any client to step into. My focus is on building the trust between us so that I can help you move out of the feelings you were carrying when you arrived, to a more comfortable and possibly productive place. I have found this can happen quickly once we start down this route together
I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I get how difficult it can be to ask a stranger for help. In my experience with clients, once the sessions start, those feelings subside quickly, and we are able to find a way for you to work through what is there to be looked at, knowing all the time you are not doing it alone
