Sometimes there is a traumatic incident in our past that we start remembering or we start experiencing general anxiety, depression or relationship issues. Often we have an idea about what we need to do but are unable to move on and feel stuck. I believe that talking about things is helpful. It is a way of dealing with our difficulties and a step towards a different path.
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist who draws on different models depending on what is helpful. My main approach is psychodynamic, which is based on the psychoanalytic tradition and understands that unconscious processes and past experiences influence our present.
Sometimes to find a different path you need someone to help you. I offer a space where you can explore and share your struggles in a compassionate manner, without judgement. Therapy can be difficult, so building the relationship to create a space where you feel safe is important.
