Are you struggling with a difficulty in your life and need help to find a way forward? Hello I'm Natalia Hallam, I am committed to making a difference to my clients lives and offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental therapy service based in central Fareham. I have successfully worked with clients enabling them to overcome many issues, including; anxiety, bullying, bereavement and loss, depression, disordered eating, family and relationship issues, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and stress. I am also highly experienced in helping clients to recover from the emotional distress caused by abuse, rape and domestic violence.
I am passionate about the long-term benefits of “talking therapy” which include feeling empowered, more resilient and emotionally free from the issues which once held you back from living the life you want. I offer individual counselling sessions to adults and young people over the age of 14 years. A counselling session is for 50 minutes and costs £50.
I believe there is always hope for healing and the key to this is feeling heard, understood, respected and valued. This forms the foundation of my approach and my focus on the whole person, rather than just the label or traumatic experience.
