I am an experienced, Tavistock NHS-trained Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in Nottingham offering once or twice weekly therapy. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and general life concerns. I specialise in trauma, sexual trauma, narcissistic behaviour, addiction, anxiety, depression, general low mood and weight-related issues. I work either on a short-term or open-ended basis and I offer an initial consultation with no further obligation. My consulting room has parking and a bus stop across the road.

Psychodynamic therapy is primarily used to treat depression and other serious psychological disorders, especially in those who have lost meaning in their lives and have difficulty forming or maintaining personal relationships but also supporting those with mild symptoms that may be equally causing distress.

In psychodynamic psychotherapy, you can expect a safe containing space where anything can be said and thought about meaningfully. Together we will explore significant life experiences and think together about their impact on your life and relationships.
