I can support you with issues including Anxiety, OCD, Trauma (CPTSD), Addiction and Depression, as well as work related stress and bereavement in ways that research has shown are effective. We will collaborate to choose a pathway which suits you and supports you on your journey. Most clients make significant progress in 6 to 12 sessions. Neuro diverse clients are very welcome. I specialise in working with clients who experienced adversity in childhood. Frequently clients describe wide ranging difficulties. I work sensitively with these complex symptoms using modern research based techniques such as Internal Family Systems. This allows us to come to a compassionate understanding of the past and gives space for growth in the future.
I have extensive experience of working with young people and offer a warm, supportive atmosphere building trusting relationships. I understand that growing up is hard and that manging the emotions that accompany difficult life events is not easy. I provide a safe space for young people to explore their emotions and work through their problems.
