Hi, I’m Rachel welcome to my profile. I work with individuals across the UK aged 18 and over who are experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relational difficulties, problems relating to confidence and self-esteem. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed & unable to see a way through; alone with no one to share your difficulties; stressed and 'frazzled' at work; trapped or bored in your current circumstances? Struggling after a bereavement or the end of a relationship? Feeling concerned about worrying or being a burden to loved ones. You may wish to appear stronger than you feel for them.
I believe therapy needs to be tailored to everyone adapting my approach to suit your needs and objectives. I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is important and I will work alongside you to help you to develop self-awareness and helpful strategies. I am happy to work on both a long-term and short-term basis depending on your needs.
