I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting.
I offer a non-judgemental and neuroaffirming space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace, with the aim of moving towards greater authenticity and self-acceptance.
My work is grounded in empathy, unconditional positive regard, and understanding. There are no expectations - all you need to bring is yourself, and together we will work out the rest.
I am a qualified and fully insured person-centred therapist, with particular experience working with addiction, as well as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of other psychological and emotional challenges.
My hope is that, through building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will feel able to ‘let go’ of any masks you may be wearing, explore your identity more freely, and begin addressing the difficulties that may be leaving you feeling stuck or held back.
