I am fully qualified with extensive experience of working with a wide range of issues with adults, young people and couples. Psychotherapy is talking therapy that gives you the chance to explore yourself and your relationships. Through talking with me I aim to safely guide you to reflect on deep seated patterns in your thoughts and feelings, the goal with the work is to move towards a place of acceptance and healing.
Issues I commonly work with include; anxiety, fear, OCD, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, identity and gender, life changes, meaning, grief, sexuality, trauma and abuse, mothers and parents negotiating all aspects of the parenting experience from conception, through pregnancy and beyond.
