My main expertise is supporting the mental health of mothers. I understand both personally and professionally how profoundly challenging this gargantuan role can be. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, loss of identity, feelings of guilt or shame, isolation (even if surrounded by others) or, put more simply, finding it really friggin hard - I may well be the right person to support you.
I offer a space where we can use creativity as a tool to investigate different aspects of your life and experience together. I consider your past experiences, unconscious processes and meet you in the present to help you move forward in a way you desire.
