Hi, I'm Naomi, a qualified and registered psychotherapist. I know that seeking support when you are struggling can feel overwhelming, however, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore the issues you feel could be holding you back. I work with clients ranging from ages 16-65+ from all walks of life. Whether you know exactly what you're after, or have no idea and you just know you need extra support I am here to help you slow down and process what you are feeling, and begin to look forward and understand yourself.
I work with an integrative approach meaning I blend different modalities together to create a tailored personalised therapeutic experience. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and will adapt my practise to suit the needs of those clients. I have extensive experience working with survivors of DV, childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault.
I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, I understand how difficult that can be and I will be here to ensure you feel heard and supported every step of the way following your lead.
