Hello! I work with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationships and grief. I support individuals to negotiate challenging life events. In therapy I work in partnership with you to develop a holistic understanding of why these challenges are present. This helps us focus on how and where we can make meaningful changes.
Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent and we work with these strengths whilst navigating any related difficulties.
I am an integrative therapist meaning that I work flexibly to suit the needs of each person. My main therapeutic approaches are EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed work and CBT. I also draw upon systemic, narrative and psychodynamic models.
