I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including veterans, refugees, asylum seekers, and emergency services personnel, all of whom have faced significant trauma. In my current NHS role, I provide support to hospital staff, many of whom work in high-stress environments. This wide range of experience has deepened my understanding of trauma, burnout, and the emotional toll of high-pressure roles, which I bring to my work with professionals.
I work with people over the age of 17. My focus is to create a space where you feel supported and understood, no matter what you are going through. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) which emphasises wisdom, courage and commitment particularly when we’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might be right for you, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I offer an initial consultation where we can talk about what you're seeking help with, and together we can develop a plan that works for you.
