My work is based on Transactional Analysis, which is an integrative style, focusing on the needs of my clients. My further training includes understanding the impact of complex trauma, family work, group work and Imago couples work. I have also trained extensively in Body Psychotherapy, which combined with TA offers a profound pathway to heal.
