Short-term/long-term work focusing on specific issue(s), providing tools to understand what causes these problems and how to move towards managing/resolving them.
Therapy offers an opportunity to develop invaluable self-awareness and self-care.
I offer integrative psychotherapy/counselling, utilising different approaches to fit each individual. I also offer EMDR where appropriate.
Eating disorders, working with trauma including ptsd, self-harm, addiction, shame. Also, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence are challenges clients have worked on.
I offer initial 20-minute phone conversations that are free of charge. This will give us the opportunity to discuss what you are looking for and if I have the appropriate experience and approach for us to work together.
