I am a fully qualified counsellor, I have experience working with depression, anxiety, berevement ,eating disorder, trauma, addiction and many more presenting issues. I work with you, along side you to help you explore, understand and accept what is going on at the core. I have experience working with bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, divorce , family conflicts and many more. I work with each client on a one to one level and adapt my approach accordingly.
