I am an integrative counsellor (person-centred, CBT, psycho-dynamic) and registered member of the BACP. My training confirms my beliefs that all suffering can be an opportunity for deeper understanding, empowerment, new perspectives and growth. Counselling made a huge positive impact on my own healing process from trauma and it would be my honour to have the opportunity to pass on that same gift to you. With a supportive encouraging and non-judgemental attitude counselling can provide a safe confidential space for you to express yourself freely and reflect on problems and their underlying causes.
