You do not have to be good at art to come to art therapy, there is no right or wrong way to create or to use the art materials.
I have a special interest in supporting neurodiversity and understand the pressures faced by a lack of understanding and support in our society. I also have a special interest in supporting the recovery of substance misuse and eating disorders and advocating the importance of holistic care for vulnerable and marginalized client groups.
Art therapy provides a new way to communicate emotions and feelings that can often feel challenging. Where this can include verbal communication if and when it feels right for the client. We will work at your own pace.
