Thank you for finding my profile. I am a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC and am CBT Accredited with the BABCP. I ensure my practice honours cultural heritage, lived experiences, and values to empower clients through a collaborative approach to reclaim their healing journeys. Using compassion, collaboration, curiosity, and empathy, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and bereavement. Using these approaches, I have supported clients who feel stuck in repeated patterns, or want help identifying their feelings and behaviours.

I have a background in a range of therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I specialise in working with clients with longstanding mood difficulties, emotional dysregulation, trauma and relationship/attachment difficulties.
Starting or returning to therapy can be a big step. I enjoy providing a non-judgemental space where clients can feel safely challenged and empowered. I believe in understanding the individuals I work with, integrating different approaches based on my client’s needs to improve understanding for themselves and potentially others in their lives.
