I offer a safe and empathic space where you can feel at ease to be yourself and feel truly heard, to be able to explore any difficult thoughts and emotions you may be experiencing. My aim is to help facilitate and to develop greater self awareness in order to promote personal growth in a supportive environment. I have had experience of working with a diverse range of client groups with presenting issues around anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, loss, identity, cultural difference, family and relationships issues.
I am a qualified counsellor offering online and face to face therapy, working with adults. As a psychodynamic counsellor I look at unconscious thought processes and behaviour patterns and how our past can have a direct influence on the present. I will work collaboratively with you in order to move towards the process of change.
