My aim is to help facilitate and to develop greater self awareness in order to promote personal growth in a supportive environment. I have had experience of working with a diverse range of client groups with presenting issues around anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, loss, identity, cultural difference, family and relationships issues.
I am a qualified counsellor offering online and face to face therapy, working with adults. As a psychodynamic counsellor I look at unconscious thought processes and behaviour patterns and how our past can have a direct influence on the present. I will work collaboratively with you in order to move towards the process of change.
