Welcome, my name is Naheed and I am a Humanistic Integrative therapist, working from Nottingham, in-person, and online. We all experience dissatisfaction within our relationships at some period within our lives. Sometimes we need support to understand what we are feeling and struggle with anxiety and depression and feel trapped. I am committed to providing support within a safe, empathic and confidential space where you can explore your experience with respect and understanding. I have an in-depth understanding of the experiences of being a daughter, sister, mother, wife or friend and can offer fresh insight to familiar patterns.
I can help identify your relational patterns, manage stress & anxiety, build self-esteem & confidence, help process traumatic experiences and understand complex feelings. I offer culturally attuned therapy to women from a variety of backgrounds often very different to my own. I respect our differences recognising we all have unique life experiences.
My priority is to create a genuine, warm and non-judgmental therapeutic space, where you can, at your own pace unpack and explore your experiences.
