I’m a trauma-trained integrative therapist specialising in individual & couples therapy. I foster a therapeutic relationship characterised by honesty, empathy, compassion & candor. My focus is to help you understand how you fit into your environment. The connections I build with clients are essential for creating a safe space where you can openly discuss your concerns. I understand that building this trust can take time, and that’s perfectly okay. You determine the pace of therapy and the goals we work towards. This is an opportunity for you to explore and reflect on your experiences and identify the changes you wish to achieve.
Identifying patterns of behaviour is an important part of the work I do. They shape how we interact with other and are impacted by systemic and structures of inequalties in society. We can find ourselves trapped in relationships, engaging with others in ways that can feel uncomfortable or that does not serve us; we can reflect on these emotions & thoughts.
I understand that you maybe feeling anxious or uncertain about aspects of your life - even starting to question aspects of your life after years of acceptance.
