Hello and a very warm welcome to you! My name is Nadya, I'm a fully qualified and BACP Accredited counsellor /psychotherapist with experience of working in organisations like Women's Aid, NHS Staff Counselling, CASY, Employee Assistance Programmes and my private practice. I have helped my clients with anxiety, depression, grief, work related stress, relationship issues and many more. Whatever your issues, we can explore them in a safe space of a counselling room without judgement or prejudice. - I can help, together we can make things clearer, find coping strategies, find a way forward, build confidence and self-esteem.
My approach is Integrative, which means that I have been trained in a few different theories and can choose the one appropriate to your specific needs. I enjoy working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, I have helped many clients struggling with ADHD and ASD. I'm proactive and engaging in my approach.
Reaching out for help is a difficult but brave step, it can be anxiety provoking to meet a new person but the benefits of psychotherapy can potentially be life changing.
