Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Clinical evidence based Mindfulness, aimed at effective treatment of most psychological issues. I am an Expert Witness and do court work (especially trauma).I aim to get desired results quickly (I am not a fan of long term therapy, but do offer long term support, if needed). I believe action oriented client, centered therapy works better than just "active listening, "which clients often find frustrating. Empowering people to help themselves is useful and reduces realiance on a therapist, I aim to make myself redundant and not needed by a client. Remote therapy works really well in my experience.
CBT, ACT, EMDR, and other therapies that work and are evidenced based.I have been doing remote (e.g. WhatsApp) well befofe Covid, as I can then help people all over the world, despite time differences. This means of commuication makes it really easy for me to send support materials that can be used in between sessions (speeds things up and reduces costs).
