I offer a warm and empathic approach. This will enable you to explore, with support, painful feelings, past experiences and stuck patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back.

I have particular experience of working with bereavement, trauma, problematic family relationships and living with cancer. As a trained and experienced Educational Psychologist, I also have a sound understanding of the impact additional needs such as autism and ADHD can bring to daily life and relationships.

By us working together, you will understand yourself better, leading to greater self-acceptance and behavioural change. You will feel validated and calmer, have a more balanced perspective and feel able to manage difficult feelings and situations with greater success. This will lead to improved relationships and a greater sense of being your authentic self.
