My approach is person-centred with integrative elements and I welcome anything you bring. I have extensive experience within abuse & trauma services and higher education, supporting young adults, adults and students. I specialise in trauma, sexual &gender-based violence, (C)PTSD, emotional challenges, childhood adversity, relationships, anxiety & depression.

I know therapy can feel overwhelming. I create a space that’s human, honest, and safe. I welcome you just as you are and work in a trauma-focused, culturally sensitive way.
