Hello, I'm Nadia and I help individuals navigate the impact of workplace burnout, anxiety, and stress. Following a 10+ year career as an HR Director I have a deep understanding and appreciation of the impact workplaces can have on our mental health, confidence and self esteem. If you are struggling within your work environment, going through a grievance, disciplinary, redundancy process or perhaps work is impacting other areas of your life, I offer a space for you to explore and be heard.
Working collaboratively, together we can rediscover your sense of identity, autonomy, self esteem and wellbeing, enabling you to determine the course of your life moving forward. Our work may include helping you explore and make sense of both current and past thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences.
