Having worked with a wide range of clients experiencing difficulties with their emotional wellbeing, I have developed skills in recognising the sources of problems and how to work on solving them. We would work together in reaching your goals and I encourage a holistic and non-judgemental space that takes into account your individual needs and wants.
I am a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Psychotherapist and I am fully accredited with the BABCP. I have worked in NHS, private and corporate settings and have treated clients with a range of psychological difficulties through various forms, such as face to face, over the phone, skype or in group therapy.
My practise is centred around you. I adapt my way of working to suit your needs to ensure that you feel understood and supported.
