Life can be a whole lot harder and more overwhelming than many like to admit, and reaching out for support is no easy task. So well done on getting this far- you don't have to struggle on your own anymore. The therapy I offer is an opportunity to share your truth and be seen, in the compassionate, non-judgemental space I hold for you each week. I will endeavour to be alongside you with whatever it is you need to share, whatever the emotional weather. Together we will begin to question old narratives that no longer serve you and look at how you operate in the world, in relationship and how you find meaning.

In order to do this, I work collaboratively with clients rather than acting as an expert. I walk alongside my clients in their therapeutic journey, rather than taking the lead and instructing which can at times feel disempowering.
