As an integrative psychotherapist you are the complete focus. I use a flexible approach to fit your needs. I work with all ages & specialise in Trauma work ( past or present, complex or PTSD).
I have over 20yrs experience working with adults and young people. I provide a relaxed, safe environment. We can work creatively exploring different ways of expression that talking doesn't always reach, which is effective for both adults and young people alike. I offer face to face and online. I am a clinical supervisor for counsellors and in the workplace.
My experience includes anxiety,depression, self-worth/ self-esteem, Complex/ PTSD or historical & lived Trauma, abuse, relationship issues, attachment problems, bereavement, panic & stress, self-harm, loss of purpose among many other issues. I also run workshops for therapists, and manage a team of like-minded counsellors to offer breath of support.
