My own life experience has given me genuine empathy with client's issues and training and my own therapy has helped me accept my past and leave it there.
Since qualifying I worked with Victim Support, I found myself specialising in Domestic Abuse, Historic Childhood Abuse & associated trauma, recently I completed a year of working with an alcohol addiction charity which has given me further insight and empathy. I use an integrated approach to therapy rather than make one type of therapy work for all.
