Hi, I'm Muzamal, a Clinical Psychologist registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have over 13 years' NHS experience working with people experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety disorders, depression and stress. My therapeutic work is currently with adults and adolescents with no upper age limit. I have a special interest in working with parents, including neonatal parents, postpartum mothers and fathers and new/first-time parents. Many people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves; I can help you untangle some of this and help you move forward.
Taking the first step to look for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through this alone. I provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to share your experiences, be truly heard and begin to make sense of what you are going through.
I believe that everyone’s experiences are unique, and I will take the time to understand you, what matters to you and what you would like to change.
