I am a transpersonal/integrative and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist that creates a space where you are invited to experience yourself fully, freely, safely, confidentially and without judgement. You will come to a deeper understanding of how past experiences have shaped your feelings about life today. Psychotherapy helps us welcome in and integrate all aspects of ourselves, with conscious awareness. I work with a wide variety of issues including: depression; anxiety; sexual, emotional and physical abuse; complex trauma; suicidal ideation; addictions; issues of cultural diversity, intersectionality and experiences as “other”; life crises; relationship problems; personal grief, bereavement and loss; climate anxiety and ecological grief.
I welcome all, those of faith or none, and hold an awareness of and curiosity for the issues we face as unique individuals, rather than focussing narrowly on pathology. I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by their Code of Ethics.
