My clients come to me from all walks of life and have experienced trauma recently or in the past. This has resulted in my clients suffering from intense anxiety and fears and/or severe depression as well as relationship difficulties. My clients can feel stuck, vulnerable and helpless, which has such a disabling impact on their lives. I have the ability to initiate and maintain a confidential therapeutic relationship, where my clients feel safe, experience hope and a reduction of their psychological symptoms. My clients leave therapy feeling empowered and able to manage life's stresses. I have clinics in Chester, Heswall and Mold.
I have nearly 30 years experience working in NHS and independent mental health services. My specialist area is recurrent anxiety, depression, past and recent trauma related to abuse, relationship problems, self-harm and self-esteem.
Treating my clients with respect and dignity is vital to me and making a positive difference to their lives. I am passionate about mental health and reducing stigma.
