Many of us find parts of our lives difficult. Sometimes feelings can linger and interfere with our day-to-day functioning; impacting what is meaningful to us. Exploring these difficulties in a supportive space can enable you to understand them better and help you to work towards feeling better. I specifically work with individuals who have difficulty regulating their emotion, interpersonal issues and struggle to stay in the here and now by ruminating on the past or worrying about the future.
I have worked in numerous NHS and Private Healthcare settings and have substantial experience working with clients who present with a range of difficulties. My approach draws on expertise in EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness and CFT. Therapy is delivered in a compassion focused way and can be adapted to meet the individual needs of clients.
I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate and empathic service allowing individuals to explore their difficulties. I offer face to face or online therapy covering Leicestershire and Warwickshire areas. Home visits can be arranged on a needs basis.
