Hi, I'm Jade an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering in-person and online video therapy to adults and young people. Do you sometimes feel alone, like no one understands you? I specialise in helping people who experience intense anxiety. My passion is helping people heal from trauma, which frequently co-exists alongside problems with sleep, anxiety, OCD, depression, stress/burnout. Getting to the root cause of your difficulties, not just treating the symptoms will provide you with effective and lasting change, so you can thrive!
